All prescriptions and authorizations for renewals must be requested during normal office hours. Please have your pharmacist fax number or email address with the proper prescription number so that there will be no misunderstanding regarding refills. Please allow 24 hours for the refill to be processed. Medications for chronic illness will require a visit every 3 months. Antibiotics and narcotics will not be filed without a scheduled appointment.
