Welcome to Warner Family Practice.

Dr. Merle Turner started this practice in 1983. His vision for the future and dedication to his patients and their health has enabled him to grow from a solo family pactice to a group family practice and wellness center.

We know everyone gets sick and at Warner Family Practice every family member can be taken care of, from infants to grandparents. Warner Family Practice cares for every generation and concentrates on being well, remaining healthy and the overall quality of life.

The mission of WFP:

  • Compassionately provide dedicated medical care for the total family including pediatrics.
  • Provide care in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be cognizant of the expense of medical care and yet not compromise the quality.
  • Offer preventative health care with the assistance of highly skilled licensed Board Certified Providers.

Appointments are available evenings and Saturdays, which makes it easier to receive the proper care you need on the day you become ill. In addition, wellness appointments can be scheduled around your busy life.

Beyond the remarkable care you receive as a patient of Warner Family Practice, there are opportunities to further enhance your wellness and overall health through our Live Well Wellness Center.
