Dear Dr. Turner,
I wanted to thank you and your staff for their great support and assistance last week.
I was not feeling well so I called in on Friday morning to follow up on the status of a stool culture. The receptionist, Tiffany checked with Belinda who provided great direction and support.
I expressed a desire to see someone before the end of the day and was quickly scheduled for a 3:00 PM appointment with Brita Overly, PA-C.
Her diagnosis was on target and I recovered quickly.
I can't thank you enough for the great help and support I received from your entire staff. You have a great team.

Dear Doctor Turner,
How do I find the words to express my thanks to you for saving my life? If it hadn't been for your thorough requests for certain lab work, particularly the "CORUS CAD" test, followed by your emphatic recommendation that I see the Cardiologist, Dr. Alan Grossman, I wouldn't be writing to you today. It truly was a "God thing." Your thoroughness and patience throughout our relationship as Doctor and patient has been vital to my health. I consider you as a dear friend and physician.
I would be remiss if I didn't thank your nurse, April, for her comfort, care, and uplifting attitude. Oh, yes, thank you and April for the hugs! I needed those.

My family and I have been patients of your practice since 1984-85. We have not even thought about changing to a different doctor. When it became time for our work insurance to renew we always made sure that your name was on the list we had to choose from. While we haven't had any what I would call severe medical issues we can't say enough good things about the care and concern that you have given us over the years. We have seen your practice change, grow, and evolve into what it is today. The level of care, kindness, and consideration you and your assistant April give your patients is outstanding.I recommend you to any one who is looking for a good doctor today.

I wanted to inform you that there are two people that helped me out tremendously. In September 2010, I was hospitalized and released. But I still wasnâ?Tt feeling myself. Brita Overly saw me in the office. She also called me at home, at night, checking on me to see how I was feeling. She told me to call her anytime that I might need something. I believe she went above and beyond her duties. The other staff member is Heather Rice. She was also very helpful while I was ill. They helped me fill out my Short Term Disability papers as well. I felt very confident in the care and instructions that they gave me to help me get well. You should be very proud to have these two people as part of your faculty.

Thank you for the prompt, efficient and personal service I have been receiving for nearly 12 years. From the people at the desk to the lab techs, the assistants and especially, Mike Hudson and the assistants that were assisting him Friday Morning they are all, each and every one, totally professional and yet friendly. It's wonderful what you've managed to create in these trying times.
