Learn how you can be part of the Warner Family Practice team
Working at Warner Family Practice means feeling empowered to make a difference in the health of your patients. Each person that walks in to our office has a specific health need and it is our job to see potential issues and possible treatment paths in a preventative manner before corrective treatment is ever necessary.
We know that any healthcare or primary care office is only as strong as its providers. For this reason, we are very intentional to employ providers who embody our values as well as proper certifications for the practice of medicine.
Are you someone who has a reputation of building trust with your patients? Are you, by nature, eager to constantly learn something new? Do you believe that preventative care is the key to a healthy life? If so, Warner Family Practice may be the perfect place for you to grow your career!

Qualifications:
Working in the medical field is rewarding in itself, but we work hard to ensure that every employee feels supported and is compensated. You will see that our benefit package is competitive among the medical field in the area.
Benefits Include:
We have been committed to compassionate and professional health care in Arizona since 1981 when our founder Merle Turner, DO began Lakes Family Practice in Tempe. The name was changed to Warner Family Practice in 1983 and we began offering more services.
A core value that has existed at Warner Family Practice from the beginning is providing our patients and their loved ones with all-encompassing care. We offer a variety of tests, including x-ray, ultrasound, DXA scan, and blood work at our on-site lab to provide a more complete treatment for our patients without sending them to various facilities across the county.
“We have strived to build a clinic that encompasses all of a patient’s needs. Patients will not have to go here or there for a particular test but rather pretty much everything can be done in one location. We have worked hard to have quality providers that are not only qualified medically but also listen to their patients and are attentive to their needs.”
– Merle Turner, DO
