This Thanksgiving we asked Founder of Warner Family Practice, Merle Turner, DO, to share with us what he is thankful for this year. Here is what he had to say.
Thanksgiving! Hmm, what am I thankful for?
For a starter, I am thankful for a wonderful, beautiful wife and a supportive family who all work at Warner Family Practice. And especially thankful for my grandkids; grandkids are what life’s all about.
I am thankful that I live in the greatest country in the world with all the freedoms that we are allowed—even with the divisiveness of the recent election it is still the greatest country in the world.
I am thankful for my staff at work and all they do for our patients, for each other, and especially what they do for me. Without them, life would not be the same.
I am thankful for my health; without good health, life can be very hard, as we witness on a daily basis in our office.
I am extremely thankful for the patients who have supported Warner Family Practice for the past 38 years. It is very humbling to think that you have entrusted your care in the hands of the providers at Warner Family Practice and we are truly honored.
I am thankful for the opportunity to continue to learn throughout the years, and even now I continue to learn new procedures and new techniques and new medicines. I thank God that He gave me the desire to expand my knowledge. I ask daily that I may continue to impart that knowledge to you, our patients, and to our providers at Warner Family Practice.
