You have many appointments you need to schedule\u00a0alongside the start of a new school year – one of those appointments is a physical if school sports are a thing in your family.<\/p>\n

Healthcare for every generation means offering the exams you need, when you need them but also examining your past with your present in order to get a handle on the future.<\/p>\n

Every participant on a school sports team is required to complete a pre-participation physical examination, also called sports physicals.<\/p>\n

What Student Athletes Can Expect<\/h3>\n

Sports physicals at Warner Family Practice consist of two parts: a medical history and physical examination. Our goal is to evaluate an athlete’s general health, current fitness level, risk of injury and physical well-being.<\/p>\n
